On October 9, 2020, Marquettia Dixon, known by her stage name as Lady Smiles released her first mixtape hosted by Dj Roots Queen and sponsored by Zaytown Global.

Born and raised in Muskegon, Mi. into a troubled home with an abusive father dealing with substance abuse and a struggling single mother dealing with a heart condition, Lady Smiles lost her mother at 15. Her older sister, who took the role of her parent also passed away 3 years later due to heart related issues. Devastated by this enormous loss, Lady Smiles immersed herself in her craft as a positive coping method to deal with her sadness and grief.

As a songwriter and creative lyricist, she leads the streets with with her originality and unique style.
