Think It’s A Game Listening Party Featuring ‘Posa’ & ‘Rubberband OG’, Hosted by ‘Bigga Rankin’ & Tampa Mystic
Atlanta has officially been crowned the ‘Mecca of Hip-Hop’, so it comes as know surprise that Alabama natives ‘Posa’ and ‘Rubberband Og’ were in town to perform music from their new mixtape ‘2 Sides Of Da Bottom’ for a listening party. ‘Rude Girl Radio’ a music platform and podcast hosted by Dj Roots Queen was on the scene covering the night’s event. The affair was hosted by ‘Think it’s A Game’ record label A&R ‘Bigga Rankin’ and Dj ‘Tampa Mystic. ‘Think It’s A Game’ is a Atlanta based record label with a dope roster and buzzing on the music scene. The event was packed with media, fans, and the who’s who in the music scene networking, and enjoying the new music. The Dj of the hour was the infamous Dj Such n Such, which you can’t even mention Atlanta rap, without his name coming up. CEO of ‘Its A Go’ Dj’s, and very plugged in spinning at several hot clubs, he is always booked, busy, and grinding. Also on the scene was the ‘King Pin’ himself ‘Rap Juggernaut’. With years of experience in the business, he is the go-to guy for marketing campaigns, buzz building, social media management, and more. The food at ‘Crazy Atlanta’, where the party was held was off the chain. Guests enjoyed wing specials, strong drinks, and good service all night.
Think It’s A Game Records is an American record label founded by G. ‘Fly’ Henry, who is the acting CEO. The label and management roster currently includes such artists such as Trinidad James, Rich Homie Quan, Lucci and many other hot upcoming talents. The label was founded in 2006. Their big break came in 2012 when ‘Trinidad James’ released a widely viral hit single ‘All Gold Everything’, selling over 500k copies. The hits kept coming with Rich Homie Quan’s successful single ‘Some Type of Way’, and this organization dedicates large amounts of time, and energy into each artist’s development to stay productive and thriving.
‘Bigga Rankin’, founder of ‘Cool Running Dj’s’, host, A&R, music mogul, and more brought all the vibes co-hosting the event with Tampa Mystic. Never been one to bite his tounge, the living legend was a whole mood the entire night. As a celebrity Dj, he is one of the most influential names in the business and has made a major contribution to the hip-hop community. Before his home at the label, he was notorious for promoting new music from rising artists, mixtape hosting, and having a strong hand in the careers of people such as Jeezy, Plies, Young Dolf, YFN Lucci and more.
Tampa Mystic is a boss in her own right. The red-head bomb shell built a lucrative and amazing platform as a business woman/ Dj in the hip-hop community. The Florida native has hosted several successful artist showcases, events, and played a major part in helping independent artists excel in their journey. She has also been a panel judge for music conferences, owns her on hip-hop media platform, CEO of ‘Mystic’s Entertainment LLC’, and more.
‘Posa’ ig @posa, who performed a few new songs with ‘Rubberband Og’ ig @rubberbandog, off their new mixtape titled “2 Sides Of The Bottom” had all the energy, and did a great job with letting the guests feel his sound. The humble rapper has been pushing his music for quite some time now and linking with ‘Think It’s A Game’ has definitely helped with reaching the masses. ‘Rubberband Og’ who collaborated with him on the mixtape, is most certainly the ‘hood’ rapper you want to have in your playlist. Iced out around his neck, and in his grill they both create the perfect combination for this fire project. The mixtape included 10 tracks with producers such as ‘Black Benz’, ‘Cam Beatz’, ‘Stxnk’, ‘Cash Clay’, ‘Darius the Dj’, ‘Young Lan’, ‘Trillo Beatz’,’ Cormill’, and ‘BBoy Beatz’. Download link below!
