Miami has some of the hardest rappers in the industry. Not only is it a melting pot of different cultures, the entertainment scene is where some of the new wave of artists are really make some noise for themselves. Taseti has a signature flow, beautiful look, and her own sound. She brings something different to the Hip-Hop Industry. The Miami Hip Hop scene is sometimes overlooked simply because there is so much going on in the city, but a ‘dope’ rapper will always remain on everyone’s radar. Taseti has that pretty girl voice but when she opens her mouth to rap, you are always getting bars laced with a heavy rap flow. She most certainly has her own style and brings flavor to the industry. The talented MC came up with her name from a tribe in Egypt, and she fell in love with the meaning behind it regarding the African American culture being a ever-lasting impression in the history of Earth.

Working hard on her craft, Taseti is balancing her music career and motherhood. She has a young daughter who is 1 of her major inspirations. The amount of support and love for women who get up every day to raise their own, and still get out in the music business is what makes America a success. Here there are no rules, no norms to have to stick to. With Rolling Stone reporting in their Independent Artist Sector, that estimations included that independent artists generated $1.61 billion from recorded music in 2019… and that, in 2020, this figure will climb 32% to more than $2.1 billion. These numbers are proving everyday that artists can work hard, monetize their music, even control what type of music they put out to the world, and when they decide to. Taseti has been utilizing Soundcloud as her central music platform and has been releasing singles to build a following. She initially enjoyed poetry before her love for rapping and, is a true artist who prides herself on bringing substance into her catalog. With a dislike for the over-sexualizing in today’s music, she wants to bring authentic Hip-Hop without any gimmicks to her fans. She is heavily inspired by Nipsey Hussel and Lil Wayne. 2021 will be a big year in the music business and the hard work that Taseti has been putting in will resonate off everyone’s radars! Flood the Bank Records may be one of the hottest upcoming record labels to hit the 305. They are getting their ship in order in terms of bringing back artist development and training their line-up to be prepared for the concrete jungle known as the Music Business. Dc Miah and SD Mad Money, two upcoming artists from Florida are getting their catalogs and footwork together early before the next quarter rolls around. We love seeing new artists come out with a clear concise idea of what they wish to accomplish, and how they wish to do it! Both artists have been blessed to find a label that is beneficial in growing their career at a time when the world is going through so much due to the Coronavirus, and many facets of the entertainment industry being shut down. Several artists have been hit hard due to not being able to perform and do walk-throughs, two of the biggest money makers in the industry. Dc and SD managed to stay productive by hitting the media outlets and staying hands on with recording new music. We are excited to see what the two have in store after the holiday season passes.

The beautiful Jade Taylor talks being a rapper from Philadelphia & more with Atlanta talk show Queen, Carisha The Diva!

Jade Taylor is 1 of Phila’s biggest rising stars! It is no secret that Jade Taylor is drop dead gorgeous and could probably pick up a 2nd job in the modeling industry if she felt like it. The soft-spoken MC checked in with Carisha The Diva in Atlanta, and talked about her upcoming music, beauty regiment, working in a male dominated field and the challenges of being an independent artist. A lot of her fans do not know she has a twin brother who is also in the industry as well, but please don’t expect any twin projects soon because these two like to stay in their own lane. Her favorite sport is football, and if she could collab with anyone in the industry she would love to work with Megan Thee Stallion and Summer Walker. Being a female rapper in the Hip Hop industry is a full-time job because you are always competing to prove your artistry goes past what you look like. Luckily for Jade, she is being managed by a strong woman who is branding the ‘Wine For Me’ artists to stay sharp and 10 toes down! We are proud that Jade has such a great balance of intelligence, talent, and ambition which is for sure allowing her to elevate to new levels in her career. “Only get better as you continue, grind and work hard day by day” GMG Ant.

The new wave of pop-culture and emerging artists is cruising into the world one mixtape at a time and no doubt, Texas has been making some noise on the scene. Already known for birthing big names in ‘trill’ Hip-hop such as Yella Beezy, Meg Thee Stallion, and Trae Tha Truth the ‘Lone Star’ state isn’t just famous for Swishers, good steaks and BBQ. If you haven’t already made yourself familiar with ‘Get Money Gang’, it’s a music group of family and friends, with a gang of upcoming artists representing for the 817. We managed to steal a little 1 on 1 time with Fort Worth, Texas native GMG Ant, and we are really feeling his energy on the track. At 24 years-old he has a BIG appetite for music and has several successful projects already out with a new project on the way titled “Green Light”. His music features upbeat 808’s, a lot of play on the keys, and overall is a good party feel that is the perfect vibe for turning up or just something to bop to. In fact, when you need to get ‘lit’ and ready to get to a ‘bag’ turn on his track “Party Jumpin.” He credits Lil Baby , 21 Savage, Gucci Mane, and Hoodrich Pablo as his major inspirations. Real recognizes real, and Ant mentions that when Atlanta native ‘Lil Baby’ blew up on the scene just a few years ago he took notes and started taking his craft much more seriously. Being a fellow Texas native, earlier in his career he remembers being featured on the same mixtape as Megan Thee Stallion which he describes as ‘crazy’. GMG Ant also recently collabed with Atlanta native ‘Coca Vanga’, and says he plans on doing many more collaborative projects in the future, as well as hopefully starting his own label. Check out our exclusive 1 on 1 Q&A below and follow the links to some of his hardest music online including his profile on the dope new music streaming site  Zaytown Global from Zaytoven Beatz, Roland Williams and team.

National Association of Black Journalists ‘Vice President’ Disappointed in President Trump’s Press Briefings Regarding Covid-19 (Coronavirus).

As of now Capitol Hill is being swarmed with the media regarding Coronavirus, relief money for American citizens in need, and bailouts for the countries’ businesses who are all now struggling financially.

Two-term NABJ Vice President and Award-winning investigative reporter for CBS2 Chicago ‘Dorothy Tucker’ is one of the most prominent names in the world of journalism. Working diligently in the business since the 80’s, she has won local Emmy awards for her work in her home town of Chicago as a reporter, graduated with honors from Northwestern University, and has dedicated many contributions to the media world with her work as a stellar journalist. American journalist ‘Yamiche Alcindor’ is a White House correspondent for the PBS News Hour, and a political contributor to NBC News. After covering major stories such as the earthquake in Haiti, the Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting, and the Trayvon Martin shooting, she has made an impeccable name for herself for her amazing work. Donald Trump has been called out for his vile remarks to reporter ‘Yamiche Alcindor’ who goes out hard in the field every day to bring the world trusted and truthful news for the people. His actions and the way he has spoken to other reporters of color, or anyone who is against his agenda has been deemed ‘tasteless’ to say the least. At this moment in America, we need a President who has compassion for all people and a strategic plan in order to figure out the Coronavirus. The American people should be informed up to the minute on the virus updates, possible vaccines, and important information yet the media is literally frightening the public with this threat of a ‘Martial Law’. Ms. Tucker made an announcement on social media regarding Trump’s disrespectful responses to Yamiche Alcindor and other industry colleagues which is also posted below. While his behavior has never ceased to surprise anyone, we can only pray that the people make it through this pandemic and see brighter days again. The weather is breaking, yet schools are closed, and supermarkets are becoming empty. Many people have lost their jobs and are worried about how to make ends meet, and the last thing we need is negative energy especially from the White House. Everyone is urged to spend as much time as home away from others as possible, and for further updates regarding Covid-19 head to /CNN

Cardi B Thinks Celebrities Are Being Paid To Say They Have The Coronavirus.

March 23, 2020 by Carisha
press release
cardi b, coronavirus, covid-19, Hollywood, state senate

“Congressional leaders continued negotiations Sunday on an enormous financial rescue package totaling more than $1 trillion meant to steer the U.S. economy through the coronavirus crisis and help ordinary Americans weather devastating job losses, as lawmakers continued to diverge on key points.” More Here

By now we are full on worldwide with the epidemic we all now know as the ‘Coronavirus’. While some people are doing the most to stay safe by remaining in doors, practice strict cleaning habits, and social distancing, others are walking around naïve and completely oblivious to the media and all the warnings of a global pandemic on the way. Grammy winning artist ‘Cardi B’, who always has a lot to say never was 1 to be silent when she has a opinion on something. She has been very open about this pandemic and celebrities being ‘paid’ to say they have the Coronavirus, also known as Covid-19. While conspiracy theorists are jumping out the wood works with a opinion on every thing ‘corona’ related, the best thing we can all do for now is remain in doors, prayed up, and safe from harm and germs. For further important details regarding Covid-19 please follow the link up top.
